How to share your tax files from 2022 with Peekz

The dust may have settled on 2022’s holiday season, but your taxes from 2022 are just getting started.

With the dawn of the 2023 calendar year, we welcome the busiest time of year for Peekz ConsultiN — tax season, which starts Jan. 23 and runs through April 18.

Peekz recommends clients book their annual tax consultations as soon as possible to avoid the late-season rush, when our availability will be limited. But booking is just the first step.

Clients must provide Peekz with their tax documents and these tax worksheets at least 48 hours prior to the consultation so the meeting can go as smoothly as possible. Submitting these documents on time also will help clients avoid a potentially postponed, rescheduled or follow-up tax appointment. We thank you for your cooperation.

Here’s how to share your tax documents electronically with Peekz:

First, be sure to book a remote tax consultation with Peekz via our online scheduling system. You’ll be able to look at owner Amy Peek’s availability and easily select a time that works for you both.
After your appointment is booked, gather all of your W-2s and other tax documents together. You can take photos of any paper documents and send them electronically through the same scheduling website. Click here and then select “send us a file,” located on the bottom left portion of your screen. Then, follow the form’s prompts for sharing your paperwork with us electronically. Make sure you are logged in before uploading any photo files, PDFs or other screen shots of your tax documents. Each file needs to be uploaded individually.
If you prefer to mail your paper documents to us, please send them to Peekz ConsultiN, 2927 Chartiers Ave., Pittsburgh, PA, 15204.

Emailing directly to amy@peekzconsultin.com.
Sharing a Dropbox folder (amy@peekzconsultin.com).
Dropping off your documents in person at the above street address. Please send us a quick text at 412-583-4989 or call to let us know you’ve placed the documents in the client box by our front door.
Faxing the documents to us at 412-331-0803.
